You can request the permanent removal of your profile, wallet assets, and interaction history at any time.
In-App Account Deletion Steps
To wipe your profile records completely from our active production database networks, please execute the self-service steps directly inside your mobile application container:
- Log in to your active GaruGO account on your mobile device.
- Go to the profile page by clicking your profile avatar tab menu slot.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page past your core configuration forms panels.
- Click on 'Permanently Delete My Account' to trigger the secure cloud infrastructure erasure cycle.
- Follow the prompt and confirm your decision. Your structural data will be completely deleted from our system instantly.
Alternative Deletion Pipeline (Web/Email)
If you have already uninstalled the mobile application package from your physical smartphone device and wish to execute a remote data purge, you can initiate a manual wipe request.
Please send an explicit deletion request message from your registered profile email address directly to our governance center desk at: garugo2026@gmail.com. Our administration bot clusters will evaluate, validate, and execute your permanent network deletion footprint wipe within 48 operational hours.
What Categories of Data Are Erased
The exact millisecond your account deletion prompt resolves, the following profile structures are wiped completely and permanently:
- Your core profile metadata records (full name, email credentials, avatars, and verified status configurations).
- Your localized haptic device-specific FCM Push Notification server-side registration token keys.
- Your active public or private expert discovery catalog index tracking blocks (Gurus collection feeds).
⚠️ Important Safety Warning: This operation is permanent and completely irreversible. Any outstanding wallet spending credits or un-withdrawn consultation earnings will be instantly voided.
